Watercolor of the Seasons: Moon Phases and the Luna Moth

Join Desi DuBois and Serena Sanborn for a relaxed, guided beginners’ summer watercolor painting session with a fun Creature Feature: All about the Luna Moth! To register go to: https://midmaine.maineadulted.org/

Serena, a Maine Master Naturalist, will answer questions like, “why doesn’t the Luna Moth have a mouth?” while Desi will guide the watercolor creation! The final work will be your choice of an 11×17 or a 24×30 depiction of a moonlit Luna Moth fluttering among cucumber blossoms and vines. Immerse yourself in an informative study of the magic of moths and nature! All supplies included. Please bring your lunch, as we will take a half hour break to eat. Limit 15 students.
