Art in the Park: Creation Station!

July 9 – CREATION STATION!
Choose your own adventure and feed your curiosity with our Curious Why Creation Station! Join Colby College Museum of Art for an exploratory making activity with an array of familiar and unfamiliar materials.

We’ll be joined by the Waterville Public Library for a read aloud of The Curious Why by Angela Diterlizzi.

Each Thursday afternoon, families and community members are invited to enjoy a story read aloud followed by a hands-on art activity inspired by the book or a creative community theme. This free program welcomes all ages and experience levels. In case of rain or extreme heat, we’ll move indoors to the Paul J. Schupf Art Center.

The Summer Reading theme is Plant a Seed, Read.
