Art Break: Town of Skowhegan by Yvonne Jacquette

Each Thursday, join us to spend time with a work of art on view in the galleries at the Colby Museum. This week, Stella Gonzalez will lead the program, focusing on Town of Skowhegan by Yvonne Jacquette, located in the Bernard and Barbro Osher Gallery.

Talking as a group about works of art can offer us new ways to see the world, pose difficult questions, get us in touch with our emotions, challenge us with new ideas, and sometimes delight us with beauty. These looking experiences will be facilitated by museum staff, interns, docents, and special guests.
