Rescheduled Performance FAQ:
I already bought tickets for the original date and can’t wait to see Keb’ Mo’ - do I need to do anything?
You do not have to do anything. All tickets have been transferred over to the new date. You have the exact same seats as you ordered for the original date.
I already picked up my physical tickets for the show. Can I still use those?
Please throw the physical tickets with the old date in the recycling. We will give you new physical tickets. You will be able to pick up your tickets on the night of the show at the Will Call table on the first floor at 1 Common Street.
Unfortunately, I already have plans somewhere else on the new date. Can I get a refund?
First question: are you willing to waive your refund as a donation to the Opera House? (We’re a nonprofit theatre that’s taking a big financial loss due to our inability to host events).
Second question: if you don’t want to waive your refund, will you take a credit on your account towards a future performance? (concert, theatre production, etc.)
If you answered no to the above questions, then we can provide a refund of your ticket price. Ticketing fees are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds will be sent via mailed check and may take up to 3 weeks to put in the mail from date of request.
