June First Friday – PRIDE!

Join us for an evening bursting with color, creativity, and community as we celebrate Pride in downtown Waterville!

At the Paul J. Schupf Art Center, 93 Main Street:

• Craft vendors in Castonguay Square—shop local and show your Pride
  • Opal’s Art, Kaleidoscope Beadwork, Crust to Crumbs, Dandelion Art, Bookwyrm’s Buttons, Laughing Lepus Creations, and Faylander Studios
• Free tacos, hot dogs, and popsicles —come hungry and leave happy!
• Print-making fun with Radical Emprints—brought to you by the Colby College Museum of Art
• Hands-on art projects with the Waterville Youth Council
• Community resource tables—connect with local LGBTQ+ groups and allies
• Strike a pose with friends in front of our vibrant Pride backdrop!
• Listen to student musicians with Elm City Community Music School

PLUS: Enjoy half off concessions (excluding alcohol) at the Maine Film Center all evening long!

7–9pm Punk rock show with local band Random Ideas
Random Ideas is a triplet punk rock/alternative rock band that has taken their passion for music and human rights/social issues to write powerful, high energy music. Catch them performing live at Greene Block + Studios for this special First Friday event.
