Art Break: Bird Party by Bob Thompson

Spend 30 minutes with a work of art on view in the Colby Museum galleries. This week, Diana Tuite, Katz Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art, will lead a program, focusing on Bird Party by Bob Thompson, located in the Bob Thompson: This House Is Mine exhibition, Lower Jette Galleries.

Talking as a group about works of art can offer us new ways to see the world, pose difficult questions, get us in touch with our emotions, challenge us with new ideas, and sometimes delight us with beauty. These looking experiences will be facilitated by museum staff, interns, docents, and special guests.
