Ceramic artist, Cherie Giampietro, leads this six-week class focusing on the fundamentals of working with clay. Students will learn how to prepare clay, throw on the wheel, explore hand-building techniques, and apply glazes to finished pieces. Individualized guidance and demonstrations will be given throughout the course, ensuring that each student feels supported and can work at their own pace.

This class is ideal for those new to clay as well as anyone looking to refresh foundational skills in a welcoming studio setting. Open studio hours available outside of class.

Age: Adults and Teens 16+
Limit: 7 participants
Cost: $226
Price includes a $1 handling fee. A portion of all ticket fees are designated to support the Youth Arts Access Fund.
