Intermediate Clay: Wheel-Throwing Focus on Lidded Vessels
Join ceramic artist Cherie Giampietro, for a six-week class exploring lidded vessels and the techniques used to create gallery, flange, and cap style lids. Students must have background and knowledge of wheel-throwing and be proficient at centering clay, trimming, and attaching pulled handles and knobs.
Tools, materials, clay, glazes, firings, and studio access are included with class registration. Artwork will be available to pick up two weeks after class is completed.
