Art Break: Cathedral by Bob Thompson

Each Thursday, join us to spend time with a work of art on view in the Colby Museum galleries. This week, we will focus on Cathedral by Bob Thompson, located in the Lower Jetté Gallery. This is the last week of the Bob Thompson: This House Is Mine exhibition, which closes on Sunday, January 9.

Talking as a group about works of art can offer us new ways to see the world, pose difficult questions, get us in touch with our emotions, challenge us with new ideas, and sometimes delight us with beauty. These looking experiences will be facilitated by museum staff, interns, docents, and special guests.

During the month of January, we’ll have complementary hot cocoa in the William D. Adams Gallery/Museum Lobby following each Art Break program.
