Summer, a trans dancer from the suburbs of New York City, feels invisible in her Italian, Catholic family. She journeys to Naples, Italy and discovers that she belongs in her culture more than she could have imagined.
Summer Minerva is an independent researcher, multidisciplinary artist, public speaker, and educator working on the reclamation of the dignity of gender fluidity within the folk traditions of Napoli and other indigenous traditions.
