Jacob spends his time day-dreaming about becoming an architect like his dad. Over the summer they leave their city to visit Jacob's uncle and cousin Mimmi, who tells him about the upcoming skyscraper threatening her favorite park. The pair quickly enlists the help of a band of dogs– talking dogs (!) – to help them sabotage the progress of the evil construction company.
