Holiday Bazaar: Call for Vendors

Waterville Creates and Ticonic Gallery are currently seeking vendor applications for the ninth annual Holiday Bazaar, which will be held from October 4, 2024–January 27, 2025 in the Paul J. Schupf Art Center at 93 Main Street in Waterville, Maine.

The Ticonic Gallery is transformed into a marketplace filled with unique and distinctive gifts created by talented artists and makers. We are thrilled to bring this beloved holiday marketplace to the heart of downtown Waterville. The Holiday Bazaar represents a wonderful opportunity for Maine artists and artisans to exhibit their work in a curated gallery setting.

Helpful Information:

• Artwork is accepted on a consignment basis.
• Consignment checks are issued monthly for sales made in the preceding month.
• Vendors are required to drop off their inventory at Ticonic Gallery in early September. The quantity of work dropped off depends on whether vendors are able to replenish their stock during the Bazaar.
• Waterville Creates handles coding, tagging, and setup of the artwork in the gallery.
• Waterville Creates staffs the Holiday Bazaar, and there is no staffing requirement for vendors.

Important Dates:

Submission deadline: June 3, 2024

Selected artists will be notified by June 10, 2024

Inventory drop-off: Early September 2024

Exhibition dates: October 4, 2024–January 27, 2025

Opening reception: October 4, 2024
