Community Draw featuring Sullivan O'Keefe and Hudson

Seasoned and aspiring artists are invited to participate in this costumed figure drawing program, organized by Ticonic Gallery + Studio. This month’s program features Sullivan O'Keefe, a Waterville local and frequent Community Draw attendee, and his longhaired dachshund, Hudson. (Please refrain from talking to or greeting Hudson at the beginning of or during the session. Saying hello after the session is fine!)

Community Draw offers a unique opportunity for emerging and established artists to hone their drawing skills in a supportive environment. Participants bring the media of their choice: charcoal, pastels, paint, clay, etc. Ticonic provides the chairs, model, and camaraderie.

All levels of experience are welcome. Each class will begin with a quick drawing warm-up exercise, followed by timed, open-drawing sessions. There will be an optional 15-minute sharing of work after class.

$10 per person. This event is eligible for the Youth Arts Access Fund.
