The Friends of Waterville Public Schools / Waterville Elementary School PTO Online Charity Auction kicks off on Giving Tuesday, November 27th and ends on Monday, December 3rd.

We’ve got tons of great auction items this year! From a tour/tasting/hors d’ouvres for 10 at Tree Spirits, to an opportunity to throw out the first pitch at a Colby baseball game, to original art (including several donations from our own elementary school art teacher Lisa Wheeler!), to Meridian’s gift baskets, to a $300 gift certificate towards Mad Science summer camp, to Quarry Road seasons passes, to an 8″ cake at Dairy Queen, to board games, Legos, coffee, and tea – to a wealth of gift cards ranging from $5 to $100 from a bevy of generous local businesses…there’s something for everyone!
All proceeds will be split between the Waterville Elementary PTO to help fund enrichment programs for kids K-5 and a fund to help provide school lunch assistance for kids in grades K-12.
Last year, during our inaugural auction, we raised over $3,000! This year we hope to double that figure. Please help us by bidding early and often 🙂 and by spreading the word to friends and family across your social media platforms.

A note to winning bidders: All items must be picked up in person at the new Bill & Joan Alfond Main Street Commons building in Waterville (use the Main Street entrance across from Portland Pie Co.) either Thursday (12/6) from 6-8pm or Friday (12/7) from 3-6pm. If you are unable to pick up at this time, please let the auction organizer know by writing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can make other arrangements.
