Jing Ye, meditation teacher and counselor at Colby College will guide you through an hour meditation session inspired by a work in the Museum’s collection. Participants will have a reflective moment post-meditation, informed by bodily sensations and enriched by mind/body connection.
This program is part of the Museum’s wellness initiative, Let Art Inspire, which includes a variety of programs that connect the mind, body, and art in innovative ways. It is free and open to the public.
The Colby community may continue their meditative practice with Jing Ye on Mondays and Tuesdays 4-5 PM in the Rose Chapel (small room off the main chapel).
